We start with a virtual meet. Let’s find out what you envision for your video, and how we can best showcase it. Do you have a new location? A competition team to show off? A summer camp to promote? We discuss all the cool ideas and come up with a plan.

When do you want to shoot? Are we promoting competition team auditions? Summer intensives? Fall registration? We figure out the best times to shoot, and I draft a contract for the work dates.

I come to you. All travel expenses are handled by me.

How long does this all take? For shorter videos, I can record your classes or rehearsals during their normal times. For a full length video, I typically like 1 day to rehearse the sections (this also gives us a good opportunity for behind the scenes footage), and an 8 hour shoot day.

Full length studio videos are completed within 14 business days of shoot day. Shorter videos can be finished within 7 days of filming. If you’re requesting multiple videos, I’ll detail your turn around time in our contract. All editing hours and royalty free music are included in the cost.
